We would like to know your opinion

The Concord will soon reopen as a club on the grounds of the old Croatian Club at 1 Nullawarra Avenue, Concord. As part of the reopening they are seeking a licence for up to 100 gaming machines.

The application to obtain a gaming machine licence requires them to do a Local Impact Assessment, including reaching out to the community and key stakeholders to find out your thoughts, any concerns you might have, or suggestions for use of gaming machine revenue.

The Concord have contracted Kathleen Swinbourne to conduct the Local Impact Assessment (LIA) independently of the club. An important part of this LIA is an online survey seeking your input.

Please complete our survey about the club and gaming machines. It will take around 5 minutes to complete. No identifying details are collected except for postcode. This is only to help with an analysis of where concerns or suggestions are comingfrom. People from outside the area are not prohibited from completing the survey and your answers will be included in the analysis.

If you have any questions about this survey or the Community Impact Statement more generally please contact Kathleen Swinbourne on 0412 158 314 or via email at kathleen@kathswinbourne.com.au
